The Disposable Exhalation Port (DEP), a component of a Respironics Ventilation Circuit, vents the patient's exhaled gas. The DEP includes a proximal pressure port with cap. It is intended for single use for patients 20 kg (40 lb) or greater. It is not intended to be cleaned or sterilized.
Installation and Use:
Inspect. Do not use if damaged. Install and test as per your ventilator's instructions for use. If ventilator has an exhalation port section, select DEP.
